Wheel unit model.: RLM 150.:

The wheel unit is centrifugal RADIAL LOCK (RLM UNIT).an easily removable steel guard equipped with replaceable long life alloy liners encloses the wheel unit. Wheel unit consists of blade, impeller and control cage for easy adjustable blasting control. The blades are held in place by centrifugal force is inserted through the center of the wheel. Electric motor with V belts drives the wheel unit

 

We are giving latest radial lock design wheel units with soundabrators to muffle the noise below 85 db at 1 m. the entire wheel unit fitted with alloy liners (15%Chromium,2%Molybdenum) which has a hardness of 55 to 60 RC which gives long life of to liners. This is our special composition,

 

ABRASIVE RECYCLING: Rubber Conveyor with 10mm Dia holes drain the abrasive from blasting area gravity hopper with screen separates the abrasive from the other metals and from elevator boot section. Abrasive is conveyed through the buckets to top of the elevator and recycled through main rotor.

 

DUST COLLECTOR: Bag type dust collector has 61 Sq. m (approx) areas which are with main blast chamber and with 50 Cu. mtr/min capacities. It collects as well as exhausts all dusts, fine etc from the main blast chamber.

 

 

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS: The entire machine with dust collector is fully under panel controls with ample safety factor. Control panel mainly consists of measuring instruments, switch gear controls, including air break contractors, relays etc the entire panel circuitry is auto linked for both free usage and ratings have ample safety factor.

Product Details:

Shot blasting is required for cleaning of castings and forgings, removal of heat scales, increasing pressure withstanding capacity of Die castings, shot peening of springs/gears etc., to increase their fatigue life, replace acid pickling and many other special applications for relatively small components.

We strongly recommend our airless centrifugal shot blasting machines with dust collection chambers. The components are continuously tumbled during the abrasive blast cleaning process and dust collection; filter bags are shaken after blasting operation by electrically operated mechanism. This ensures speedy and total cleaning operation in single cycle and this minimizes time, expense etc.

1. SHOT BLASTING MACHINE: The main cleaning chamber is fabricated out of 6 mm thick M.S. Plates and rugged design, increases production, improved quality cleaning and cost reduction.

2. MAIN ROTOR: 300 mm dia. Main rotor is properly hardened and balanced and housed in steel castings with abrasion resistant/ wear resistant liners. The control cage (with 70°rectangular opening), blades and impeller will be of abrasion resistant material.

 

5. DUST COLLECTOR

A bag type dust collector, with approximately 15.25 Sq.Mt. area will be provided along with shot blasting machine. This is connected with the help of “Telescopic” ducting to the main shot blasting unit. The capacity of the dust collector is approximately 15 Cu.m. Air to cloth ratio. The dust bag made from cloth material with the right permeability are fixed between the retainer plates and hook assembly are safely clamped so that during the shaking they do not come out from the retainer plates. The top plate of the dust collector is reinforced to accommodate an exhaust fan of adequate capacity. A suitable exhaust fan with dynamically balanced impeller is mounted on the top of dust Collector to extract the dust from the shot blasting machine.
